I can install the app but when I open it. The code will be displayed immediately and the application will close in 3-5 seconds.

Can't install the app on my Samsung S7 with Android version 8. I get the message "This app is not working on your device". It was installed before, but it started showing incorrect login credentials, so I deleted it and tried to install it again. Now I only get the above error message. What do I have to do to install it?

I can't install the Marriott Bonvoy app on my phone. I already had this version but due to space constraints I deleted it. Now when I try to download it from the Google Play Store it says this app is not working on your device. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I can go to the Marriott website and go to the point of booking the room. Then the website says "Access Denied" because of my server. I use Marriott many times and have this problem on my phone or tablet. It's my laptop that's giving me problems.

I can't make a booking through the app. I can check available properties, edit dates and prices, select the last option, but when I select "Book now" a red slider appears from bottom to top saying "This feature is currently unavailable, we are working on it. Please try again later..." I always take a screenshot and call the Ambassador Service or show it to the facility management and they replace the values from the local system. FYI - This has been going on for three weeks now.

I am trying to log in with my credentials on my iPhone or my wife's iPhone and the app takes me back to the login screen. I have no problem connecting to the site from my phone or computer. I can log in with my wife's credentials, so the problem only occurs when logging into my account. I mean Bonvoy with screen video recording. So far I have not received a reply.

The same problem. I entered my credentials and clicked "Login". The black bar turns gray, and the 4 dots move horizontally as if they were connecting. But then it stops and goes back to the original login screen. I tried entering the wrong code to see if it would recognize it as an error and it read the credentials but didn't connect. I mentioned this to Bonvoy but they offered no help.

My iPad has iOS 12.5. The app requires iOS 14 so it no longer works. Is there an older compatible app I can use?
Widespread dislike of the Marriott Bonvoy app
- Issues updating the app, unable to view future or canceled trips
- terribly complicated UI/UX
- It is not easy to use or intuitive
- Create hordes of unnecessary paper if you want to print booking details
- Multiple "companion" ads in the sidebar with links to "Learn more" (or similar words)
- The fonts are too large for what we need to see
- Links take you to the generic Bonvoy website instead of local dining options, car rentals, activities, etc.
